Can all teas be used in cold and hot brew? What's the difference?
In principle, all types of tea may be used for cold or hot brewing. Whole leaf teas may be brewed in hot water several times and still have a good flavor profile. Cold brewed tea should be only be used once for best results.
For those with sensitive stomachs, what kind of tea should they drink?
For people with more sensitive stomachs, it's better to choose milder, fermented teas.
Oolong tea and Honey-Scented black tea are both great options!
