Return and Exchange Policy:
In Taiwan, in accordance with the relevant laws such as the Consumer Protection Act, ManSen provides members with the right to a "seven-day appreciation period." Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. If you receive the goods and find any dissatisfaction, please do not open or use them, and proceed with the return according to the return policy. If the purchased goods are food items, please do not open the packaging. Once the packaging is opened and the food items come into contact with the air, ManSen will refuse to process the return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please make sure to contact ManSen within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide the purchase order number for the return process (the returned goods must be in new condition and maintain their original packaging).
Please use the packaging box provided by the delivery vendor to pack the returned goods properly. If the original box is lost, please use another box to wrap the goods, but do not stick any paper or write on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, the return may not be accepted, or the cost of the damage may be deducted from the refund.
Once you apply for a return or exchange, please request a receipt from the courier and keep it until the return or exchange process is completed for future reference.
Other Notes:
- Please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Orders with inaccurate information will be automatically canceled.
- If incorrect information leads to misdelivery or non-delivery, the related additional shipping fees will be borne by the purchaser.
Return and Exchange Criteria:
As tea belongs to the food category, considering hygiene factors, the goods you return must be new and unused. Please keep the goods themselves and all accompanying materials, accessories, gifts, and invoices intact. Please use the original packaging box provided by the delivery vendor to pack the returned goods properly. If the original box is lost, please use another box to wrap the goods, but do not stick any paper or write on the original packaging. If the purchased goods are food items, please do not open the packaging. Once the packaging is opened and the food items come into contact with the air, ManSen reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Currently, exchanges can only be made for the same item; exchanging Product A for Product B is not allowed. If you want to exchange for other items or sizes, please first proceed with the refund for the original item and then place a new order for the desired item. Please inform us of the equivalent product you wish to exchange. (If the exchanged product exceeds the original item's price, you will need to pay the price difference. The current promotions, group buying, or free shipping conditions will still apply, and the purchaser will need to pay for the round-trip delivery fees.)
If the goods you wish to return are promotional items sold in sets as part of a select-any promotion (e.g., select any X items for XX dollars), individual returns are not allowed, and the entire set must be returned.
When processing returns and exchanges, except for defective goods, if the goods have the following conditions, they may be considered to have exceeded the necessary inspection level, which will affect the right to return or require the bearer to cover the damage cost:
- Opened packaging (any packaging, including but not limited to bottle caps, seals, film, that comes into contact with the content of the product). If the purchased goods are food items, please do not open the packaging. Once the packaging is opened and the food items come into contact with the air, ManSen reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
- Not in new condition (no scratches, damages, or moisture, etc.).
- Incomplete packaging (goods, accessories, original box, protective bag, accessory box, Styrofoam, accompanying documents, gifts, etc.).
- Irremovable stains or traces.
Refund Method:
Upon receiving your returned goods and confirming the invoice, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
- Credit Card Payment: The refund will be made to your credit card account after the credit card company completes the payment at the end of the month. If the payment has been completed with the bank, we will directly refund the amount to the credit card account you used for the purchase. The refund amount will be shown on the next credit card statement. You can also inquire about it through the issuing bank of the credit card.
- Other Payment Methods: We will transfer the refund amount to the account information you provided. When applying for a return, please also provide the following information: Bank (e.g., First Bank), Branch (e.g., Zhongxiao Branch), Account Number, Account Name.
Other Notes:
If a member places a large number of returns and exchanges, causing operational difficulties, ManSen may, depending on the situation, reject transactions or permanently cancel the member's membership.
All ManSen tea products can be stored for two years under normal conditions, but we still recommend that you consume or store them properly as soon as possible after opening to enjoy the best product quality.
