The products and services provided by Metsä (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") are subject to these User Terms (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). The services include but are not limited to the Company's products, website, and website activities. Before you decide to use the services provided by the Company, please read these Terms and agree to be bound by them and related laws.

If you are under twenty years old, you should have your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) read, understand, and agree to all the contents of these Terms together with you. By continuing to use this website, it is assumed that your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

By starting to use the services, you are fully aware of and agree to the following:

Strictly prohibiting the use of automated robots or any mechanical or electronic devices that will disqualify you from participating in website activities.

  1. Transaction Behavior:

When you use the services for transactions, you should follow the confirmation mechanism provided by the Company for the quantity and price of the products. After placing an order, you will receive an automated notification email from the system, indicating that we have received your order. Until the order status is updated to "Order status: Confirmed," the Company reserves the right to change or cancel the order. If, after using the services for transactions, you unreasonably cancel the order, return or exchange items without valid reasons, or engage in any improper behavior that causes harm to the Company, we may, depending on the situation, refuse the transaction or cancel your membership.

If the products you ordered fall under the following circumstances: (1) Pre-order items, (2) Products displayed as out of stock on the product page, (3) Products that need to be sourced from suppliers, and the characteristics of the product transaction result in the inability to establish the order, the Company will notify you by email and coordinate the most suitable processing method with you.

When using the services for transactions, you have the right to exercise your rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

  1. The Company attaches great importance to the privacy rights of users. Regardless of whether you join the Company's website as a member or not, please refer to the Privacy Policy for measures regarding the protection of personal privacy.

  2. The content shown in the services (including but not limited to program software, graphics, text, trademarks, and technology) is the intellectual property of the Company. Without the written consent of the Company, any unauthorized copying, use, modification, or analysis of the source code is prohibited.

  3. Disclaimer:

The suspension or interruption of the services system due to force majeure events or other factors beyond the Company's control will not be the responsibility of the Company. Any non-attributable factors that render the services unable to continue, including but not limited to technical problems, unauthorized intervention, fraudulent behavior, natural disasters, and other force majeure events that damage or affect the progress, security, fairness, justice, and reasonableness of the services, the Company has the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the services, or limit your use of the services in whole or in part within the scope permitted by law.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The governing law for these Terms is the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and it shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of disputes arising from these Terms or differences in opinions between the parties regarding the rights and obligations stipulated in these Terms, the parties shall resolve them through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute or difference in opinions cannot be resolved through negotiation and legal action is necessary, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.

Membership Terms:

Before becoming a member of Metsä, please read the aforementioned Metsä website user terms, as well as the Metsä membership terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Membership Terms"), and agree to be bound by them and related laws.

The contents stipulated in these Membership Terms will become part of the agreement between you and Metsä Modern Tea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). If you do not agree to these Membership Terms or if your country or region excludes all or part of the contents of these Membership Terms, please immediately stop using the services.

  1. Members must be natural persons, legally registered companies, or legal persons.

  2. Membership Registration and Use of the Company's Services:

Members should complete the registration process, including providing relevant information and necessary data during the registration process. Members who wish to use some or all functions of the services should apply in accordance with the current procedures of the services and should read and agree to the Metsä website user terms, membership terms, and privacy policy before they can use the services.

  1. Validity of these Membership Terms: These Membership Terms are valid from the date you register as a member on the website until the Company ceases to provide member services on the website. These Membership Terms apply to all members. If there is an act of unilaterally terminating the services during this period, it is not included in the above explanation. For more details about membership, please refer to the membership rights.

  2. Modification and Termination of these Membership Terms:

Metsä has the right to and reserves the right to revise these Membership Terms. When the Company makes significant modifications to the provisions, it will post a notice of the revised regulations and their impact in an obvious place on the website. By continuing to use the website, it is assumed that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these Membership Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Unless otherwise specified in these Membership Terms, if a member violates the provisions of these Membership Terms, the Company may request in writing or electronically the correction within an appropriate period of time. If the correction is not made within the specified time, we may suspend or cancel the membership, or terminate the services.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: As stated in the aforementioned User Terms, the governing law and jurisdiction apply to these Membership Terms as well.
