Flavor
The roasting level is just right, and the taste and quality are slightly superior to the classic honey-scented black tea.
It features a well-balanced and richly layered profile of intense honey aroma, floral notes, and fruity fragrance.
This tea ages well, developing deeper tea characteristics over time.
When hot, the tea presents a delicate floral fragrance; at medium temperature, the fruity notes emerge; and when cooled, the honey aroma becomes more pronounced. The layers of flavors are complex, with a smooth, full-bodied, and naturally sweet taste without any bitterness.

The highest tea plantation in Taiwan’s Huatung Valley.
Mr. Chen's tea plantation is located in the easternmost tea region of Taiwan, in the highest tea plantation in the East Rift Valley.
The most distinctive feature of Chike Mountain is its clean and pure environment.
The tea trees are nourished by water from the Pacific Ocean, which condenses into dew as it crosses the mountains.
The geology of the area is igneous, and the soil is rich in minerals and trace elements, giving it a special mountain flavor.
